Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Incorrectly shipped
orders or defective equipment or vinyl will be promptly handled by our
support associates. Some items may be referred back to the manufacturer for
service and support. Lost packages or damages incurred during shipping will
not be the responsibility of DJcity.com. You must obtain a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning items. Please
contact firstname.lastname@example.org and describe in detail why you are unhappy with
your order. Be sure to include your order number and you will be contacted
shortly with further instructions.
All vinyl sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on warped
All equipment sales are final unless the product is defective or shipped in
error. Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we
receive the defective item, we will inspect it and determine if it is
defective. If the item is deemed defective, a replacement or refund will be

Items must be in original new condition. Returns and exchanges are not
accepted on worn or washed items. Customer is responsible for shipping
charges on returns or exchanges due to change in preference (such as size,
