Frequently Asked Questions - Order
How do I place an order?
We're an Internet retailer, so you'll be able to place your order online. No mailing of checks (unless you really want to).
Just browse around the site using the navigation at the top of the page or use the search feature to search by artist, title, or label.
Once you've found something you want, you can add the item to your "recordbag" by clicking on the "add to bag"
link or "add doubles" link. You should receive a confirmation message that your records were added. Keep on shopping.
Go here for more information on why you would want to "add doubles".
After you're ready to make your purchase, click on the "my recordbag" link at the top of the page. This should
show you everything you've selected and allow you to update the quantities. Make sure to use the "update quantites"
button after you've made your changes to ensure you have the correct subtotal. Click on the "Begin Checkout"
button after you're ready.

I'm an International customer...can I order from your site?
Yes. Read the above. The only difference will be the higher shipping cost for delivery to your country and a
possible delay to obtain authorization of payment if using a credit card. We do not include any customs or duties
taxes, however you might be responsible for those once your package is delivered. Check with your country's postal
office to determine these taxes.

Where is my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out in the order they are received. We process within 2 days.
This processing windows DOES NOT take into account holidays or weekends. Transit times and tracking information are
dependent on shipping method. You can see an explanation of shipping options here.

Why is my order taking so long?
Patience Daniel-san. We understand that music is time sensitive and we all have upcoming gigs, however don't expect
your items to arrive the day after you order. Transit times are in ADDITION to our processing time. We suggest you
order about a week in advance and NOT choose the cheapest (slowest) shipping option.

I'm missing items or received the wrong product. Now what?
Although we think we're perfect, mistakes happen. Contact us and we'll fix the mistake.

What taxes do I have to worry about?
If you live in California, you will have state sales tax added to your order. All other states won't have any sales
tax added. For International orders, we do not add any taxes, however you will be responsible for duties and customs
taxes that your country imposes.

What are your shipping options?
There are two types of domestic shipping options. Non-Day definite services (USPS Media, USPS Priority) and Day definite
services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS Express - Domestic only). Non-Day definite services have an ESTIMATED transit time, however
they can take longer than the estimated times. All estimates are also given in business days...meaning weekend and holidays
do not count. All domestic orders have some sort of tracking. Here's the lowdown:
Non-Day definite services:
USPS Media (estimated 4-10 days...slowest and real cheap)
USPS Priority (estimated 2-4 days)
Day definite services:
UPS Ground (2-5 days. Fast to the west coast / Slowest to the East.)
For International shipping, we utilize the International services of the USPS (United States Postal Service).
The USPS provides the most cost effective shipping solution, however it is not the fastest nor does it provide any tracking
information. If you would like a faster service with tracking or want to use another carrier, please email us.

How can I change or cancel an order?
Just contact us. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped out, we can cancel or modify
your order at anytime.

What is your return or exchange policy?
As long as the items are unopened or unused, we will take back any product that you purchased from us. We will not reimburse
you for shipping, however we will not charge you any restocking fees. You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
from us before shipping product back to us.
