Sales and Return Policy

We attempt to display all products shown on the site in an accurate manner, however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products. We reserve the right to correct any price or product description descrepancies upon discovery at any time. The receipt of an email order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have received your requested order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers.

DJcity.com accepts American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
All transactions made at DJcity.com are 100% secure and guaranteed.

Credit Cards WILL ONLY BE CHARGED when your order is shipped.

Money Orders
DJcity.com accepts money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and made out to "DJCity, Inc.". Simply select pay by "Money Order" when submitting your order and send payment to our mailing address. Be sure to include your order number on the check or money order.

Order will be shipped once payment has been received and posted to our accounts.

PayPal
DJcity.com accepts PayPal. To signup and learn more about this service, click here. During the checkout process, select PayPal as your payment option and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.
Will will receive notification from PayPal and ship out your wax once funds have been transferred.

Wire Transfer
DJcity.com accepts wire transfers as a convenient method of payment for International Orders. Choose "Wire Transfer" during the checkout process and following the instructions on screen. For more information, please inquire at your bank for more details. Once your bank has informed you of the procedures, contact us for the account wire information.

Sales Tax
By law we are required to charge sales tax in states where we have offices. Orders shipped to California addresses will automatically be charged the local county sales tax. All other orders will not include sales tax.

Shipping Options
Orders are processed 5 days a week. In-stock orders are sent within 2 days of order placement. Our shipping associates do not process packages on the weekends. Weekend orders will be completed and sent by Tuesday. We will include a shipping charge of $0.60 for packaging materials and box fees along with delivery confirmation fees ($0.13) in addition to the listed estimated delivery times below:

Return / Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Incorrectly shipped orders or defective vinyl will be promptly handled by our support associates. Lost packages or damages incurred during shipping will not be the responsibility of DJcity.com. You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning items. Please contact support@djcity.com and describe in detail why you are unhappy with your order. Be sure to include your order number and you will be contacted shortly with further instructions.
